Job Details 
- Location: London + Hybrid
- Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
- Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
- Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice across a range of projects helping draft and negotiate contracts, supporting bids and tenders, and ensuring alignment with Vodafone Business's growth, revenue, and transformation goals while maintaining compliance and protecting the business from legal and regulatory risks.
- Partner with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Product, and Delivery teams to offer timely, commercially focused advice across the Vodafone Three organisation, encouraging collaboration and ensuring risks are well managed.
- Identify and assess legal risks, using structured frameworks to reduce exposure to financial, regulatory, or reputational issues, and proactively help the business stay ahead of potential problems.
- Contribute to training and share legal know how across the business, while looking for ways to streamline processes, drive efficiency through simplification, automation and enabling self serve where possible.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external parties, such as customers, suppliers, external lawyers and partners, to support Vodafone Three's commercial objectives.
- Stay up to date with legal and regulatory changes, sharing insights with the wider team and identifying opportunities to improve or adapt.
- Qualified lawyer with solid experience in a leading telecoms company.
- Deep understanding of the tech and telecoms world and key legal trends shaping it.
