Vlocity consultant

I am seeking an experienced Vlocity Developer with a strong background in the telecom industry to join my client's team on a perm basis, 100% remote.

The ideal candidate will have hands on expertise in Salesforce development, particularly within telecom environments, and experience working across complex enterprise integrations and industry specific solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with telecom business requirements
• Work on EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) and telecom specific Salesforce implementations
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and custom logic
• Build and optimize OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards)
• Develop and manage Integration Procedures and external system integrations
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including business analysts and architects
• Ensure scalability, performance, and best practices in Salesforce development
• Support deployments, testing, and production issues

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands on Salesforce development experience
• Proven experience in the telecom domain (e.g., Telco Australia, British Telecom, or similar environments)

Strong Expertise

• Apex (Classes & Triggers)
• Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Understanding of telecom business processes and EPC frameworks
• Experience working in large scale enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking or multi industry Salesforce implementations
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
