Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for shaping and optimizing the customer experience in our brand-new furniture retail stores in Zaandam and in Tilburg. You will bring our collections to life by designing engaging product presentations, stylish room settings, and efficient store layouts. You are the creative bridge between aesthetics, customer behavior, and commercial performance.

What you'll be doing

• Design and implement attractive in-store displays and room settings that inspire our customers.
• Optimize store layout and product placement to improve customer flow and highlight key collections.
• Set up eye-catching window displays aligned with seasonal themes and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze inventory levels and sales data to adapt visual merchandising strategies.
• Maintain store appearance with proper lighting, signage, and cleanliness.
• Keep up with interior design and furniture trends to keep displays fresh and relevant.
• Work within budget and collaborate with store teams for implementation.
• Train store staff on merchandising standards and presentation techniques.
• Support customers with purchasing or placing product orders.

What you bring

• 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in furniture or home décor.
• A strong eye for interior design and awareness of furniture trends.
• Visual and spatial design skills to create inspiring layouts and displays.
• Hands-on mentality - you're comfortable moving and arranging furniture.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple updates and priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• A creative yet practical mindset - you know when to go fast and when to go precise.
• Fluency in Dutch
