Visual Content Protégé (Internship)

Right now, our main focus is on building the personal brand of a rising DJ & music producer. We are looking for a person with a good taste to help us delegate IG grid design, as well as photo and video editing & basic graphic design, to your magic touch. If you have a good eye, this is already 50% of success, the rest we will teach you.

ABOUT YOU:

• You are the kind of person who spots stray hair in a photo from a mile away. You have naturally "a good eye" for aesthetics, you understand the difference between style and over-the-top. You don't just process content, you create it with intention and vision
• You are genuinely passionate about professional video editing, retouching, and graphic design and eager to learn. You understand that CapCut and Prequel are cool easy-to-use tools, but you want to up-level your game and master professional softwares from Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci and / or Final Cut Pro
• New challenges don't intimidate you. You're not afraid to ask questions, and you know how to find solutions independently. Working with AI isn't just about prompts and thoughtless copy pasting, you analyze and enhance results. You're either familiar with or curious to explore visual AI tools like Sora, Runway, and Midjourney
• You have a sharp eye for selecting the best shots and can distinguish between good and wow.
• You have basic experience with Notion and know how to organise yourself
• You have a creative portfolio or an Instagram page showcasing your work and / or visual taste

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Editing and enhancing photo and video content (no physical shooting required, for now)
• Planning Instagram grids and creating storytelling concepts for posts and stories
• Basic graphic design: headline creation, typography selection, graphic visualization and visual effects
• Mastering Photoshop, Lightroom, and Final Cut Pro (we'll teach you if you're not there yet)
• Organizing information in Notion and structuring tasks effectively, following precise deadlines and deliverability
• Working with AI-powered visual tools when necessary to create unique elements
• Advanced oral and written English (B2 - C1) as all workspace communication, third-party interactions, and post development are conducted in English
