Visitor Experience Retail Associate

National Trust seeks a Retail Team Member for the new shop at Ightham Mote, Sevenoaks. You will welcome visitors, answer questions, and help them get the most from their visit while maintaining a high standard of shop presentation and service.

The role is a zero-hour contract with a fixed-term end date of 28 February 2027. Training includes an online assessment; duties include deliveries, displays and maintaining shop cleanliness.
