Are you customer focused, confident and logical with excellent communication skills?

Grange Property Management is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager for The Croft in Epsom. With a proactive attitude, you'll manage your workload independently.

This customer-facing role involves supporting residents' well-being and independence. You will work alone but have support from your Regional Manager, Head Office Team, and a Training and Support Assistant.

You should be organized, capable of handling multiple tasks, and have a good understanding of building maintenance. Your responsibilities include managing repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the property's structure, overseeing contractors under annual contracts, and managing communal cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning.

Excellent communication skills are essential to work effectively with residents, contractors, and clients from diverse backgrounds. You will be the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold inquiries, or property alterations, and should be able to advise and empathize with residents, primarily aged 60 and above.

A good standard of IT knowledge, including familiarity with applications like Outlook and Word, is required.

The Croft comprises 19 properties, with communal areas including a residents lounge, conservatory, kitchenette, WC, laundry, guest room, and gardens.
