Virtual School Education Support Specialist for Care Leavers

Northumberland County Council's Virtual School is seeking an Education Support Officer to help care-experienced children and care leavers. You will work with schools, education settings and care teams to ensure high-quality Personal Education Plans within statutory timescales, overseeing Year 11 pupils both in and out of authority.

The role involves mentoring, behaviour and attendance support, monitoring attainment and using PP+ as required, and delivering therapeutic interventions.
