Position Overview
We're hiring a Virtual Phone Sales Specialist to connect with warm leads, guide clients through their insurance options, and close sales-all from the comfort of home. No cold calling, no door knocking, and no MLM schemes. Just real conversations and real commissions.
What You'll Do
Call and connect with pre-qualified, inbound leads
Understand each client's needs and offer the right insurance solution
Follow up with clients and provide post-sale support
Complete state licensing (we help you through the process)
Work independently while staying plugged into a team that's got your back
Keep things organized and communicate professionally
What You Bring
No sales or insurance experience needed-we train you
You're coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Strong phone presence and communication skills
