What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?

As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your purpose is to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers through phone, chat, and/or email, handling inquiries related to orders, products, payments, and website guidance. You will use various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Right to work in India
• Strong English communication skills (written and oral)
• Availability to work varying shifts (Monday to Sunday)
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a desk and chair
• Internet connection of at least 100MB download and 20MB upload via Ethernet (no Wi-Fi)
