Video Safety QA & Training Specialist (Polish)

TikTok is seeking a Quality & Training Specialist in Dublin for Video Safety Operations who will drive QA audits, RCA analysis, and policy interpretation across global teams. Fluency in Polish and English is required, with shift work including weekends/public holidays.

You will lead calibration sessions, collaborate with BPO and internal teams, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and produce weekly/monthly reports on accuracy, gaps, and trends.
