Vice Principal: Lead Deep Support & Path to Principal

Outwood Academy Ormesby is seeking a Vice Principal to provide strategic leadership across key Deep areas and drive school improvement in Middlesbrough. The role reports to the Principal and offers 1.0 FTE with a clear pathway toward becoming a future Principal.

The position requires flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement, with salary in the £81,457 to £89,842 range per annum. The appointee may undertake consultancy work or act as Principal in other academies as needed.
