In this role you will expand on our success to date driving consistent performance through active coaching and deal participation. As a part of our fast-growing sales team, you should be a firm believer in our unique product offering and master of financial SaaS selling. About the role: This is an exciting opportunity to join sales leadership as Grata continues to take market share, expand our reach and grow as an industry leader. In this role you will help set sales strategy, take ownership of growth in your region and drive consistent results across your team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll do the following: Lead by example, motivating your team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals Maintain and grow your high performing team of Account Executives and BDR's Provide regular coaching, structured training and daily feedback to focus each team member on roadblocks to outperformance Create and manage territories for your team, evolving targets with our expanding ICP Contribute heavily to overall sales strategy, working with other leaders to anticipate and plan for the needs of our team and our business Become a voice of customer for your region through development of senior decision maker relationships across the territory Collaborate with our relationship management, marketing, and product management teams to provide input to our company's development About you: You have 5+ years of demonstrable success (100+% quota attainment) leading a growing SaaS team of AE's and BDR's to achieve consistent results in a high growth environment You know our market segments. You've sold into the investment banking, private equity, and corporate M&A space with a track record of developing senior decision maker relationships You're familiar with the problem we solve and you believe in the use of technology and AI driven solutions as a solution You're excited about joining an scaling stage, rapidly expanding company You are a highly organized leader, trust your ability to succeed and emphasize the development and growth of your team members You're a process and data driven person.
