This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in HR, onboarding, or compliance.
What you'll be doingYou'll be responsible for managing onboarding and vetting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering a seamless experience for new employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processingsecurity clearancesincluding BPSS, UKSV, Home Office, and MOJ checks
- Coordinatingcriminal record checksand supporting managers with legislation guidance
- Verifyingright to workand supporting visa processes in line with UKVI requirements
- Setting up and monitoringOccupational Health checks
- Managing onboarding activities, including issuingemployment offers and contracts
- Checking documentation and data accuracy to prevent delays
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external bodies such as UKSV, DBS, and Home Office teams
- Verifying identification and obtainingemployment references
- Maintaining and updating vetting and HR systems
- Responding to queries from employees, managers, and external partners
- Ensuring all processes meetcompliance and GDPR standards
- Supporting data accuracy through regular file audits and data cleansing
We're looking for someone organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment:
- Strongadministration experiencewith high attention to detail
- Experience usingmultiple systemsand managing data accurately
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills across different channels
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
This role requiresBPSS clearance. You can start once baseline clearance is obtained (includes a basic criminal record check).
