Autogenous Vaccines Coordinator - Veterinary Animal Health

Hybrid: 3 days WFH and 2 days office near High Wycombe

Are you passionate about animal health, veterinary science and building strong client relationships? We're looking for an Autogenous Vaccines Coordinator to play a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality vaccine solutions to veterinary clients across the UK and Ireland.

This is a varied, commercially focused role combining client relationship management, technical coordination, regulatory compliance and production planning.

What you'll be doing:

• Build strong relationships with veterinary clients, including regular face-to-face visits.
• Coordinate AV orders from initial enquiry through to production and delivery.
• Support forecasting, commercial strategy and the promotion of AV and diagnostic services.
• Ensure accurate regulatory documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with veterinary, laboratory, production, supply chain and commercial teams.
• Stay informed on emerging diseases and contribute to innovation across animal health.
