Join a practice where people, patients, and passion truly matter.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, supportive team at Beechwood Veterinary Group, an RCVS accredited, well-established 5-site small animal practice in Leeds.

About the Role

This role would suit a Vet with some experience who is keen to deliver exceptional patient and client care while working within a supportive, collaborative team. Consulting-only roles can also be considered.

You'll be joining a team of 13 Veterinary Surgeons, many with certificates and special interests, supported by an outstanding group of Veterinary Nurses and Receptionists who genuinely enjoy working together.

About the Practice

We're incredibly proud of our facilities and recent growth. You'll be working in a modern, well-equipped practice with all the "usual toys" - plus more.

We are proud to be a Nurse training practice and are also a host practice for final-year Surrey Veterinary School students.

We truly believe great Vets need great balance:

    • With a day off the week before or after a Saturday worked
    • No Sundays or OOH shifts
  • Bank Holidays - shared out equally in the team
Salary - dependent on experience As proud members of the VetPartners family our excellent range of benefits includes:
  • 6.6 weeks paid holiday including bank holidays
  • £1750 CPD Allowance per annum
  • Health Shield - wide ranging contributions for health and wellbeing treatments - from dentistry to sports massage
  • VDS cover
  • Enhanced paternity, maternity, adoption, shared parental leave and surrogacy pay
  • Discounted veterinary fees
  • My Perks - offers, discounts and cashback on shopping, travel, entertainment and much more
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • CPD/training support
  • Company sick pay
  • Annual pay reviews
  • Focus on employee wellbeing
  • Career progression opportunities
Requirements
  • RCVS membership - Annual RCVS and two other memberships paid by the Practice

If you're looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice at an exciting time of growth - where your wellbeing is valued as much as your clinical skills - we'd love to hear from you.
