An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Venue Co-ordination team as a Venue Co-ordination Manager.

The Venue Co-ordination Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Venue Co-ordination function, ensuring the effective identification, acquisition, booking and ongoing management of fundraising venues across the UK. The role plays a key part in supporting Local Hospice Lottery to achieve agreed sales and income targets for its partner hospices.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the Venue Co-ordination Team, including setting and monitoring KPIs, allocating workloads, managing performance and capacity, providing coaching and development, and ensuring consistently high standards of venue acquisition, relationship management and administration.

A key focus of the role is to continually review, streamline and improve venue co-ordination processes, increasing efficiency, reducing duplication, improving venue utilisation and delivering a consistent service to fundraising teams.

Working closely with Fundraising Sales Managers, the Fundraising Administration Manager and the Head of Fundraising Operations, you will ensure fundraising teams have access to a strong and sustainable pipeline of venues to support fundraising activity across the UK.
