Location: On the road & office-based (Suffolk HQ)Salary: From £35,000 + commission (DOE)Contract: Full-time, permanent

Established in 1968, MorVend is a leading smart retail and vending operator and part of the Amplifi network within Compass Group UK & Ireland. Operating from depots in Suffolk and Hertfordshire, we cover East Anglia, the Home Counties and London, and are well respected for our high-quality service and customer focus.

We're now looking for an ambitious Vending Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. If you're a driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business and building long-term client relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to break into a new industry - no prior vending experience required.

What you'll be doing
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Developing long-term customer relationships and providing ongoing account management
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Managing your time and territory effectively
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in a sales role (B2B preferred but not essential)
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn - full training provided
