Job Title: Multi-franchise Technician

As a Technician in our workshop, you'll carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to Skoda and SEAT/Cupra exacting standards, ensuring every vehicle leaves performing at its best. You'll complete road tests, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure all parts are handled and stored correctly.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a high-performing team, communicates well, and is confident supporting and mentoring apprentices when required.

About you

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent BTEC, City & Guilds etc)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Confidence communicating technical information to colleagues and customers
• A commitment to ongoing training and development, including EV and hybrid technology
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and completing quality checks, including road tests
