The Rewards- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year basic (Tailored directly to your technical experience and skillset).

Your RoleAs a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our active workshop near Tewkesbury, you will:
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing, safety inspections, component replacements, and general mechanical repairs across a wide variety of makes and models.
- Utilize up-to-date diagnostic tools and scanners to efficiently troubleshoot technical, electrical, and mechanical faults as a Diagnostic Specialist.
- Deliver high-quality "first-time fix" results to maintain our trusted regional reputation.
- Work productively alongside a skilled, down-to-earth technical team to keep the workshop operating safely and smoothly.
- Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / equivalent). Time-served technicians without formal certificates are also highly considered over formal qualifications. Proven track record in a professional workshop setting. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
- Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
- Equipment: Must possess your own hand tools to manage daily repair and diagnostic tasks effectively.
