Known across Warwickshire for delivering dealership-level diagnostics and repair without the corporate overheads, this garage handles everything from routine servicing and fleet maintenance to specialized Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) restoration and ultrasonic cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle servicing, scheduled maintenance, and pre-delivery inspections (PDI) across customer cars and light commercial vans.
• Execute complex diagnostic fault-finding and root-cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, and emissions systems.
• Lead or assist with specialized technical tasks, including DPF recovery, pressure testing, brake overhauls, and suspension repairs.
• Maintain precise electronic workshop records and uphold high right-first-time quality standards.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team of technicians to keep repair turnarounds fast and transparent.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven workshop experience in vehicle servicing, diagnostic analysis, and mechanical repairs.
• Requirements: Full valid UK Driving Licence.
• Technical Ability: Solid fault-finding skills, confidence on modern diagnostic tools, and adaptability across different vehicle makes and drivetrains.
• Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented team player committed to high standards of independent craftsmanship.
