Your New Role

We're working with a leading fleet organisation who are looking
for a Vehicle Technical Advisor to join their team. This is an
office-based, phone-led role where you'll speak with customers,
mechanics and repair networks to understand vehicle issues and
advise on the most appropriate and cost-effective repair
solutions. You'll use your automotive knowledge to assess repair
requirements, discuss parts and potential solutions, and ensure
vehicles are repaired efficiently while balancing cost, quality
and customer experience.

Ensuring Your Success

We're looking for someone with a background in vehicle mechanics,
automotive servicing, dealerships, fleet, warranty, parts or
vehicle repairs, with a good understanding of vehicle components,
common faults and repair processes. You'll need to be confident
communicating with customers and mechanics over the phone, able
to understand technical problems and explain solutions clearly,
and comfortable making commercially sensible decisions. This
could be a great opportunity for an experienced mechanic or
automotive professional looking to move away from the tools and
into an office-based technical role.
