As our Vehicle Inspector Technician, you will be inspecting used vehicles to the highest standards, reporting any necessary repairs, and providing detailed inspection reports. You will be a key team member, performing vehicle inspections, repairs, and services, and reporting your work via our app. You'll explain your findings clearly to customers, helping them understand their vehicle's condition and guiding them to appropriate solutions or departments for further assistance.

Hours of work: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

What will I be doing?

You'll be:

  • A communicator: Explaining mechanical faults to customers clearly, ensuring they understand the issues and options.
  • A keen eye for detail: Conducting high-standard vehicle inspections and reporting necessary repairs accurately.
  • A self-starter: Managing your own time efficiently and working independently to meet deadlines.
What do I need?

You'll need:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent), with relevant experience, ideally including MOT work.
  • A full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
