If you have experience in assembly, vehicle fitting, workshop work, joinery, maintenance, shopfitting or confident DIY, this could be a great fit. Automotive experience is not essential, as long as you are practical, reliable and confident using hand tools.
Responsibilities- Installing racking, shelving and internal fittings into commercial vehicles
- Using hand tools such as drills, drivers, spanners and rivet tools
- Measuring, aligning and assembling parts to a clean, professional standard
- Moving vehicles around the site when required, over short distances
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:45pm, with an early finish on Friday
- Pay: £13.50 per hour
- Job type: Full-time, temp to perm
- Experience in a practical role such as assembly, workshop work, vehicle prep, joinery, maintenance or shopfitting - or a strong DIY/mechanical interest
- Confidence using hand tools and following clear instructions
- Manual driving licence required (to move vehicles around site)
- Automotive experience would be useful, but it is not essential
- A genuine temp-to-perm opportunity, with pay rises and bonuses available once permanent
