Duties of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:

• Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and prepare detailed estimates
• Confidently operate and utilise the Audatex estimating system
• Upsell services where appropriate to maximise repair profitability
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards of qualityDeliver excellent customer service and ensure a professional company image
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operational flow

Requirements of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:

• Proven experience as an Vehicle Damage Assessor, ideally from a bodyshop or dealership environment
• Proficient in using Audatex estimating system
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong motivation and desire to progress within the role
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
