Job Title:Vehicle Damage Assessor

Location: Cannock, WS11

Full Time and Permanent

Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours a week - no weekends!

They are now actively recruiting for a Vehicle DamagerAssessor / VDA Estimator for their Bodyshop in Cannock.

Main Purpose of role:

Produceinitial and updated estimates as specified by insurers/customers, ensuring thatthe vehicle repair can be carried out safely, to correct specification,efficiently, and that by doing so, a satisfactory profit margin can begenerated.

  • You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy
Technical Job Knowledge:

Thelevel and scope of the Vehicle Damage Assessor will be to maintain the outcomesof VDA Accreditation, Audatex, IMI Customer Service Practitioner Level 2, Level3 ADAS, and IMIAL Level 3 Hybrid & Electric Vehicle.

Itis expected that that the job holder will research emerging technical knowledgeand automotive developments that may be present within present and futurevehicles that may affect the repair following accident damage. This may involveconsequential formal training, distance, or remote training.

Aminimum of 3 years VDA experience is preferred and candidates must hold a fulland valid driving licence
