Van Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Essex

Locations: Essex and East London
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, delivering first-class maintenance across Healthcare contract in Essex and East London.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Emergency light testing
• Fire alarm testing
• Install and repairs
• Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.

Candidate Requirements

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
