Value Experience Manager - Amsterdam

Role at Inspire Innovation BV. Full-time, scale 10 / VEM3. Salary €5.000 - €7.500 plus bonus. Leaseauto (categorie II), laptop and phone. Hybrid work - from Amsterdam with option home.

Overview

Lead customer contact teams to create valuable experiences and deliver measurable results. Inspire, motivate teams and delight customers across channels.

Responsibilities
  • Guide customer teams and achieve KPIs (NPS, SLA, availability).
  • Translate operational insights into impactful improvements.
  • Stimulate ownership, collaboration and growth in your teams.
  • Ensure every team member feels connected and motivated, regardless of remote or onsite work.
Qualifications
  • HBO+ education with managerial experience in customer contact or operations.
  • Strong coaching, change management and performance driving skills.
  • Affinity for digitalisation, AI and data driven improvement.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross functional teams.
