- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or time-served equivalent).
- 2-3+ years of professional workshop experience with VAG platforms (Audi, VW, SEAT, CUPRA, Škoda) inside a Main Dealer or accredited specialist.
- Confident diagnostic competence using ODIS or VCDS software.
- A valid full UK driving licence.
