- Executing scheduled servicing, mechanical repairs, and warranty work across modern Audi, VW, SEAT, CUPRA, and Škoda models.
- Utilizing ODIS factory software and diagnostic suites to isolate complex electrical, mechanical, and engine management faults.
- Performing software updates, component coding, and precise technical logging via official brand platforms.
- Carrying out digital Video Health Checks (VHCs) to communicate vehicle safety needs clearly.
- Maintaining clean bay standards and upholding right-first-time quality on every job.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Repair (or time-served equivalent).
- Experience: 2-3+ years of experience with VAG platforms inside a Main Dealer or accredited specialist.
- Skills: Confident diagnostic competence using ODIS or VCDS software.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
