VAG Specialist Mechanic / Technician (£42k Basic + Xmas Bonus Maidstone)

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 guaranteed basic + £1,000 guaranteed Christmas bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday (Strictly NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview

Seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to handle routine servicing, timing chains, diagnostic troubleshooting, and general mechanical repairs on modern VAG group vehicles without long, grueling engine overhauls.

Requirements

• Proven experience in diagnostic fault-finding, timing belts/chains, and core mechanical work
• VAG specialist experience is a plus, NOT essential-solid mechanical skills matter most
• Quality-first mindset with high standards of workmanship
• Full UK driving licence
