UX/UI Specialist - Enterprise CRM & Service Workflows (Remote) - 12-month contract (Starts June)
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced UX/UI Specialist for a 12-month assignment supporting a large-scale Customer Excellence transformation at our client's
The role focuses on improving usability and agent efficiency within Dynamics 365 Customer Service, specifically for Technical Service workflows. This is a genuinely enterprise UX role - focused on service processes, productivity, and adoption, not branding or marketing design.
You will work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to simplify complex service journeys, reduce friction for agents, and ensure UX improvements are practical, standard-aligned, and scalable across multiple European markets.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse and improve end-to-end service user journeys (case intake, routing, handling)
- Optimise case forms, layouts, and navigation for Technical Service agents
- Translate business and operational needs into user-centred, implementable UI recommendations
- Support UI differentiation where needed between Customer Service and Technical Service
- Collaborate closely with BA and Solution Architecture to ensure feasibility and maintainability
- Ensure UX improvements drive adoption, efficiency, and long-term platform value
Qualifications
- Strong enterprise UX/UI experience, preferably within CRM or service platforms
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise systems is highly preferred
- Proven focus on agent productivity and service workflows
- Ability to balance user needs with platform standards ("standard-first" mindset)
- Pragmatic, outcome-driven approach with low-customisation philosophy
