UX/UI Designer

We're working with a growing energy scale-up based in Ghent on the lookout for a UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of clean energy. They're building smart, renewable energy solutions that make a real impact and are looking for a creative mind to improve their platform's usability.

They're passionate about making energy smarter, greener, and more accessible. You should be able take complex functionality and turn it into usable interfaces. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other senior designers to help shape the platform.

Responsibilities

• Designing user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma
• Collaborating with developers to bring your designs to life
• Helping translate technical and functional requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Running usability tests and gathering feedback to improve and iterate
• Keeping users at the heart of every design decision

Your Profile

• Solid experience in both UX and UI design
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
• A strong portfolio that shows a clear sense of visual style and user-centered thinking
• Ability to communicate your design rationale clearly to different teams (ideally in Dutch)
• Experience in the energy sector is a bonus, but not required
• Someone who's curious and passionate about making good things even better
