- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: 1 week in Dublin office - 3 weeks working from home
- Rate: €400 - €450 per day

Key skills & responsibilities
- Lead definition of the design work and deliver business outcomes across multiple product teams, with minimal guidance and coaching
- Partner with product to inform product strategy through design
- Maintain a customer-first mindset, asking thoughtful questions to uncover root problems
- Translate user and business needs into clear design solutions
- Present and explain design rationale clearly to business and technical partners
- Work across the organization to drive consistent customer experiences across products and platforms
- Apply and advocate for design system best practices, including reuse and scalability of components
- Contribute to the culture of the UXD group
- Provide design and product thought leadership
- 7+ years of UX design experience, with a strong background in complex enterprise, financial, and B2B environments
- A degree in a related field such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factors is preferred
- A broad set of design skills, such as visual design, prototyping, information architecture, user research and strategic design methods (such as design sprints, journey mapping, service blue prints)
- Expertise in Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro
- A foundation of web development knowledge
- Proven success working in agile environments and supporting design teams at scale
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional partners
- Experience partnering with user research to understand customer problems
- Experience distilling qualitative and quantitative feedback to unearth recurring themes and promote data-driven design decisions
- Experience using research to support evidence-focused design decisions
