Job Description
Location: Leeds (2 days per month on-site, remainder remote)
Contract: 6 months
Day Rate: £400-450/day (Inside IR35)

SR2 are supporting a major NHS programme and seeking an experienced User Researcher to contribute across multiple user-centred design workstreams. This role suits someone with strong public-sector research experience who can operate confidently in complex, multidisciplinary environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and conduct user research across several NHS workstreams.
- Apply appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather robust insights.
- Engage a diverse range of users and stakeholders, ensuring inclusive research practices.
- Analyse findings and present clear, evidence-based recommendations to project teams.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to embed user needs into service and product design.
- Proven User Researcher experience within the public sector, NHS, or large-scale organisations.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and best practices.
- Experience leading research activities independently across multiple streams.
- Skilled in translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Confident working within agile, multidisciplinary digital teams.
