Job Description

UI Designer - Up to £52,000 + Hybrid Working


We're working with a global tech business that's shaping the future of enterprise software used by some of the world's most high-profile organisations. They're looking for a talented UI Designer to join their growing team and help define the visual experience of their complex, multi-platform applications.


This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting pixel-perfect designs, is passionate about visual storytelling, and enjoys collaborating across disciplines to bring digital products to life. You'll be key to evolving a robust design system and elevating the UI across web, desktop, and mobile interfaces.


Location: 2-3 days a week in a modern City-based office (London)

Salary: Up to £52,000

Working pattern: Hybrid

What you'll be doing:


  • Designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across platforms
  • Creating high-fidelity mock-ups, icons, illustrations, and graphic assets
  • Contributing to and evolving the company's design system
  • Applying a Human-Centred Design approach and UX best practices
  • Working closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Ensuring designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG, WAI-ARIA)
  • Helping guide consistent design standards across teams and products
  • Collaborating with UX Designers and Product Managers to solve complex workflows

  • About you:

    • 3-4 years of experience in UI/visual design for digital products
    • Strong portfolio showing beautifully crafted interface design work
    • Skilled in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
    • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
    • Ability to create icons and illustrations tailored for digital interfaces
    • Experience with or interest in design systems and component libraries
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Motion design experience is a plus
