We're hiring a UI Designer who obsesses over visual polish, clarity, and design precision. This role is not about UX research or design systems - it's about producing world-class, conversion-focused interfaces that elevate user experience and drive outcomes.

We're especially looking for someone who has worked on communication-centric tools for commercial teams - think platforms used daily by salespeople, marketers, or customer success teams. If you've designed tools that need to be clean, persuasive, and easy to navigate under pressure - you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do

• Turn product ideas and UX flows into high-fidelity UI designs that balance beauty and usability.
• Focus on responsive design - desktop-first, with mobile flexibility as needed.
• Craft clean, consistent, and conversion-friendly visual components: typography, spacing, colors, interactions.
• Build and maintain lean Figma component libraries for high-speed delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship on time and with high fidelity.
• Constantly refine your work based on feedback, user needs, and interaction context - especially for sales-driven or action-focused use cases.
• Review and critique your own designs - don't wait for someone else to spot visual issues.

You're a Great Fit If:

• You're a UI-first designer with strong visual design or graphic design roots.
• You've designed products used by sales, marketing, or GTM teams, especially platforms where clarity and speed of action are essential.
• You've shipped real SaaS product work in cross-functional teams (3+ years).
• You deeply care about visual hierarchy, whitespace, layout, and feedback states.
• You communicate well, manage your own time, and love working with autonomy.
• You bring energy to a remote team and are happy to show your work cleanly in a portfolio (no broken links, please).
