User Experience Writer

UX Writer Role with a Global Leading Software Company!

You will join a growing team, helping reimagine and shape the future of global payroll products. As a UX Writer, you'll work within a collaborative, user-centred environment, using the end-to-end UX process to create engaging, clear, and intuitive content for enterprise-level products.

Rate: €300 per day

Based: Barcelona (Hybrid in office 3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Clear Product Content: Develop user-centred, impactful content that guides users through our payroll solutions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with design, research, and product teams to ensure cohesive and user-friendly experiences.
• Support End-to-End UX Processes: Contribute to ideation, prototyping, and testing phases, creating content that enhances the overall user experience.
• Translate Research into Strategy: Leverage extensive discovery research insights to shape intuitive, user-friendly product language.
• Engage in Product Reimagination: Help transform complex B2B enterprise solutions into clear, accessible products for a global audience.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role, ideally in B2B or enterprise-level environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing skills and a user-centred approach to content.
• Familiarity with the UX process, including research, prototyping, and testing.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, research) in a fast-paced, agile setting.
