Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm. No weekends. Full time (PIP and WCA) and part time (WCA only). Competitive salary plus bonus.

Role Overview

Disability Assessor (PIP / WCA) - Nurses, OTs, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Pharmacists. Hybrid role suitable for those seeking better work life balance without leaving healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured assessments - telephone and face to face.
• Review medical evidence and daily living impact.
• Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions.
• Make objective recommendations based on evidence.
• Work exclusively in an assessment focused capacity - no prescribing, no treatment plans, no shift pressures.

Training

• 12 week paid training covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, report writing; full support before working independently.

Salary & Benefits

• PIP Assessor - £40,000 + 5 % bonus on training pass; up to 10 % performance bonus per year.
• WCA Assessor - £42,000 + 5 % bonus on training pass; up to 10 % performance bonus per year.

Working Hours

• Full time (WCA/PIP) - Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm.
• Part time (WCA Only) - 0.6 FTE (3 days) or 0.8 FTE (4 days); part time must work Friday and can choose remaining days.
