Key Duties:

• Help the chef prepare fresh, healthy ingredients for school lunches.
• Set up the service counters with hot food, salads, and desserts.
• Serve tasty meals to students and staff with a friendly smile.
• Keep the kitchen sparkling by washing dishes and clearing away equipment.
• Ensure the dining area is wiped down and ready for the next group.
• Assist with basic food prep like making sandwiches or prepping fruit.
• Follow food safety rules to keep our kitchen safe and hygienic.
• Work as part of a fast-paced, happy team to get meals out on time.

Requirements:

• You must have previous experience working in a school, nursery, or similar educational kitchen setting.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is highly preferred for an ASAP start.
• You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
