Upholstery Workshop Supervisor & Trainer

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a supervisor for a specialist prison workshop. You will supervise and train prisoners, deliver nationally recognised qualifications, and tailor learning to individual needs while maintaining high safety and security standards in all activities.

You will manage work schedules, track attendance and pay, assess skills, contribute to parole planning, and coordinate with external colleges if applicable. The role offers hybrid working arrangements across UK sites.
