Upholsterer

Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking an experienced Upholsterer for a temporary position in West Bromwich, paying £16 per hour. This initial one-week assignment may lead to longer-term work for the right candidate. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 3:15pm, and Friday from 6:00am to 10:00am. The role involves commercial and contract upholstery, producing items such as soft seating units, operator chair seats and backs, and other commercial seating products; this is not domestic upholstery. Applicants need previous upholstery experience, ideally in a commercial setting, plus strong attention to detail and high workmanship standards. We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Upholsterer to join their friendly, close-knit team. This is initially a one-week assignment, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 3:15pm. Friday: 6:00am - 10:00am.

Pay:

£16.00 per hour.

The Role:

You will be carrying out commercial/contract upholstery work, producing and upholstering items such as: Soft seating units, Operator chair seats and backs, Other commercial seating products. Please note: This is not domestic upholstery (e.g. three-piece suites).
