Job Description
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join a Finance company based in the City. This is paying up to 30k and offers hybrid working. The hours of work are 8.45am until 5.30pm with 4 days in a week during the probation period (first 6 months). It is essential to have Finance experience for this position.
- Quarterly bonus scheme. Up to £11,000 p.a. Projected Bonus in 2026 - £10,000

The role
- Assist with client onboarding
- Provide a high level of aftercare to all existing clients
- Process any withdrawals as requested by our clients
- Update client information accurately to make sure it is current in the CRM
- Ensure the client portal is maintained and clients have full access
- Assist with tax returns throughout the year
