Unqualified Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:

• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
• Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual SEND/SEMH needs
• Work with the teacher in intervention planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
• Deliver catch up sessions

Unqualified Teaching Assistant Non negotiables:

• Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people
• Must have a passion for education
• Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
• Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
