University Recruiter - Early Careers (EMEA)

One of our clients, a leading global technology organisation, is seeking a University Recruiter to strengthen its Early Careers hiring function. This role focuses on attracting and hiring high-potential graduate, intern, and apprentice talent across IT, software, and technical disciplines.

Sitting at the heart of Early Careers recruitment, this opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, enjoys engaging with students and graduates, and brings a proven track record of recruiting early-stage technology talent.

What you'll be doing:
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Apprentice, Intern, Graduate, and Entry-Level IT roles, delivering a world-class candidate experience
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess early-career candidates with a focus on technology, software, and IT pathways.
  • Lead and deliver high-volume hiring events and assessment centres, both virtual and in-person.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to align on hiring needs, talent profiles, and future skill demands.
  • Act as a champion for Early Careers programmes, supporting intern and apprentice experiences from offer through onboarding.
  • Manage offers and negotiations while ensuring compliance with local employment and visa regulations.
  • Use data and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and processes.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in Early Careers/University recruitment - this is a must.
  • experience hiring in IT, software, technology, or entry-level technical roles, including graduate and apprentice populations.
  • Strong interview and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to spot potential as well as current capability.
  • Confidence managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a matrixed, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft tools (M365) and experience using ATS platforms.
  • A passion for early talent, diversity, inclusion, and building long-term talent pipelines.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.
