Job Description You lead the team of a social action center (CAS) in implementing adapted social support for individuals requesting the institution's assistance; In this capacity, you define and implement the objectives of your unit by aligning the issues you identify on the field with institutional challenges; You ensure the proper functioning of the unit within the applicable legal framework; You actively contribute to improving the operations and key activities. As a team leader: You guarantee the delivery of quality services in a consistent, efficient manner and in compliance with the legal framework; You manage, support, animate, and develop your team; You organize and anticipate the necessary actions to ensure that this unit fulfills its assigned mission and meets the users' needs; You develop relationships with the local network and represent the social service, as well as the institution, to external partners linked to CAS activities, particularly with municipal authorities and institutional partners; You arbitrate the management of the operating budget necessary for fulfilling the mission and objectives of the unit; You foster the emergence of innovative measures/projects/actions within your teams based on user needs (individual or collective support); You closely collaborate with other CAS units as well as specialized units that enable the implementation of the mission, such as the units of transversal poles, youth points, or the reintegration service. Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in the social field; HES diploma or recognized equivalent, possibly with a supplement in management or social policy; Very good knowledge of the legal framework (LASLP) and the Geneva social network is essential; Experience in managing priorities and team management; A true force of proposal, dynamic, and solution-oriented person; Rigorous and proficient in additional tools.
