Unified Communications Engineer - Ms Team, Cisco Webex - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced UC Engineer to join our Basel based client in the Financial Services sector.

Your tasks:

• Implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Teams, Webex, Cisco Telephony, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Webex devices.
• Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, Webex, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Webex devices
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to identify and implement improvements
• Managing the relationship with an external telephony supplier ensuring the technology is effectively integrated and aligned with business needs

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experience managing collaboration technologies (Microsoft Teams, Webex, Unified Communication) including configuration, troubleshooting, deployment, integration, and managing related hardware such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Webex devices
• Experience managing Cisco Telephony systems and outsourced telephony services, including vendor relationship management (VoIP (Voice Over IP) systems, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN technologies for unified communications
• Language skills: English
