We're partnering with a leading player in the luxury automotive finance sector to find an experienced Credit Underwriter to join their high-performing international Underwriting & Customer Care team. This is a unique chance to work at the intersection of performance, prestige, and precision-supporting elite clientele with bespoke leasing and credit solutions across private and corporate segments.

The Role

You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team responsible for the full credit lifecycle, acting as a key partner between internal stakeholders and the clients elite European dealership network.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end credit processes: KYC, credit checks, analysis, approvals, documentation, and monitoring
• Structuring complex, high-value finance deals with Sales teams and dealers
• Acting as a credit SME for both private and corporate client segments
• Liaising with internal teams (tax, legal, compliance) and external partners to ensure smooth application flow
• Overseeing contract management, including settlements and extensions
• Handling invoicing, payments, and customer support with exceptional attention to detail
• Supporting continuous process improvement and cross-market standardization initiatives
• Covering occasional Saturday shifts (half-day, limited throughout the year)

Your Profile

We're looking for a confident, detail-oriented credit professional with strong stakeholder management skills and experience in high-value, client-focused environments.

You should bring:

• Solid experience in underwriting and credit analysis (leasing, financing, loans, or similar)
• Background in captive automotive finance highly desirable
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and commercial skills
