Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic IT Strategy resource to join our dynamic team. The role involves helping clients translate business strategy into technology strategy, build enabling target operating models, technology initiatives and roadmaps to transition from current to desired state in a cost efficient approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with the development and implementation of technology strategy and transformation initiatives, including creating business cases.
• Support planning, execution, and delivery of engagements including technology transformations and related services.
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, and maintaining communication with team and leadership on progress.
• Build internal relationships within EY Technology Consulting and across other service lines.
• Support practice growth through development of relevant industry and technology thought leadership material.
• Ensure compliance with EY quality and risk management processes across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering technology projects including IT strategy, technology assessment, cost optimisation, application/portfolio rationalisation, vendor management or related roles.
• Experience in project delivery as a team member or team lead.

Desired Experience

• Experience in technology areas such as strategy, architecture, system implementation, agile software development.
• Experience in innovative and emerging technologies (e.g., AI/GenAI).
• Experience in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Background in cost optimisation, financial analysis, strategic planning, or process improvement.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Scrum, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
