UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos) SME - 12 months - £450/day Inside IR35 - Hybrid 3dpw London
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and carry out system integrations, upgrades and enhancements
- Provide technical support and support with any issues
- Train end users
- Documentation (incident management, analysis, best practice etc)
- Troubleshoot UKG dimensions and passport users
- Create, Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules which includes timekeeping, absence, advanced scheduling, and analytics.
- Integrate and support Passport application
Key Requirements:
- Someone who is hands on is a must for this role as well as proven experience with UKG Pro WFM, specifically around timekeeping, absence, advanced scheduling and analytics
- UKG Pro WFH processes experience and good understanding of the solution
- SAP HR experience (nice to have) as well as passport application knowledge
