UK Senior VP, Customer Success & Growth

Sapiens International is seeking a Senior VP of Customer Success to lead the UK region with a hands-on, player-coach style. Hybrid, based in London, reporting to the Head of Global Customer Success. You will own retention and expansion while personally managing strategic accounts.

You will build and coach a regional CS team, ensure a single global standard, and drive revenue growth through strong C-suite relationships and scalable playbooks.
